NitroBitz Store – Terms of Service (TOS)

These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your access to and use of NitroBitz Store ("we", "our", "us"). By purchasing from www.nitrobitz.xyz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Legal Identity & Governing Law

NitroBitz Store is operated by NitroBitz Store, based in Bangladesh.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

2. Age Requirement

  • Customers must be 18 years or older to make a purchase.

  • Customers under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • NitroBitz Store is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors.

3. Digital Products Only

  • All products sold are digital.

  • No physical items will be shipped.

4. Delivery Policy

A product is considered "delivered" once the digital item (account, code, key, or top-up confirmation) has been successfully sent via:

  • Email

  • Website dashboard

  • Or any agreed communication method

5. Warranty Policy

Products may include a Fixed-Term Warranty or Lifetime Warranty, as stated on the product page.

The warranty ensures that the product remains usable under normal conditions during the stated warranty period.

For account-based products, usability means access to the purchased content (e.g., game access).

Warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted service or protection from actions taken by third-party platforms.

Lifetime warranty refers to the usable lifespan of the product under normal conditions.

6. Valid Warranty Claims

A warranty claim is valid only if the issue is not caused by user actions.

Warranty will NOT apply if:

  • Failure to follow provided instructions

  • Account misuse or sharing

  • Violation of platform policies

  • Use of unauthorized tools or services

7. Account-Based Products

(Customer purchases such as game/platform accounts)

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Change login credentials immediately after delivery

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Failure to secure the account will void warranty and support eligibility.

Exception:
This does not apply to rental, shared, or subscription-based accounts managed by NitroBitz Store.

8. Rental, Shared & Subscription Accounts

  • Covered by Fixed-Term Warranty only (as stated on product page)

  • Customers must NOT:

    • Change account details

    • Share credentials

    • Resell accounts

Warranty will be void if any of the above conditions are violated.

9. Redeem Codes, Gift Cards & Keys

  • All codes are sourced from trusted suppliers

  • Guaranteed valid at the time of delivery

Once redeemed, products are non-refundable and non-replaceable unless stated otherwise.

10. Top-Up & In-Game Currency

  • Non-refundable once processed

  • Customers must provide accurate information

NitroBitz Store is not responsible for errors due to incorrect details.

Delivery may take time depending on system or service conditions.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Successfully delivered digital products

  • Top-ups and in-game currency

  • Subscription, rental, or shared accounts after access

  • Redeemed codes or keys

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Product is invalid, revoked, or undeliverable

  • No replacement is available

Approved refunds will be processed via original payment method or store credit within up to 5 business days.

12. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure:

  • Product compatibility

  • Region restrictions

  • Platform requirements

13. Limitation of Liability

After successful delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper use and security of the product.

NitroBitz Store is not responsible for:

  • Account bans or suspensions

  • Misuse or negligence

  • Violations of third-party platform policies

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

14. Third-Party Disclaimer

NitroBitz Store is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to platforms such as Steam, Epic Games, Ubisoft, Microsoft, EA, or others.

15. Fraud & Abuse Policy

Fraudulent claims or suspicious activities may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Service suspension

  • Refusal of future transactions

16. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion without prior notice.

17. Warranty Claim Processing

Warranty claims are handled within a reasonable timeframe depending on the issue.

Delays may occur due to supplier response time or platform-related factors.

Customers are expected to allow sufficient time for resolution.

18. Changes to Terms

NitroBitz Store reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
